Rongda Pacific Pte Ltd
Who We Are

Rongda Pacific Pte Ltd

Rongda Pacific Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore in 2006 by Mr Lin Yurong.

Rongda Pacific works as a fit-out contractor that also manufactures what it installs: commercial fit-out and A&A works on one side, carpentry, metalwork, stone and operable partitions on the other. Projects run across retail, commercial, residential and institutional work in Singapore.

A large part of the work is imported FF&E. Containers are received and inspected here, kitted room by room and installed to programme, and pieces damaged in transit are repaired or remade in the Singapore factory rather than shipped back to the supplier.

Why Choose Rongda Pacific

1. One contractor, not four subcontracts

Joinery, stone, metalwork and spray finishing all happen in the same building at E9 Premium. On most fit-outs those are four separate subcontracts, four programmes and four sets of interfaces to argue over. Here the joint between a stone top and the carcass beneath it is settled in the factory, before either reaches site.

2. Damaged imported furniture is remade here, not shipped back

Freight damage on imported FF&E normally means a replacement order and a second sea freight. With a joinery factory in Singapore, a split carcass or a scratched panel is remade or repaired locally and installed on the original programme.

3. Work that carries on around an occupied building

A&A works and phased FF&E installation in buildings that stay open — offices still trading, schools still teaching, clinics still seeing patients. Sequence, hoarding, noise windows and access control are planned as part of the method rather than added afterwards.

4. Metalwork is dry-assembled against the joinery before it leaves the factory

Laser-cut metal, stone and joinery are brought together in the factory and fitted to one another before anything is loaded onto a lorry. Tolerance problems surface where there is still a machine standing by to correct them.

5. The machines decide what a drawing can ask for

Nesting CNC, six-side drilling with automatic tool changer, PUR edge banding, a Holzma HPP 380 panel saw and in-house waterjet stone cutting. Thirteen machines are filmed and listed on this site, each with what it is for.

6. BCA and bizSAFE registered, checkable on the public registers

Both registrations appear on every service page with the UEN and a link to the register that holds them, so they can be checked rather than taken on trust.

7. Since 2006, and fifteen projects you can look at

Civic and healthcare buildings, retail at Changi Airport Terminal 3, offices at Paya Lebar Quarter and Marina Bay, schools, and landed homes. Fifteen of them are documented with photographs of the finished work.
