Rongda Pacific manufactures built-in wardrobes, cabinetry, feature walls, reception counters and kitchen joinery at our own facility in Woodlands. What separates joinery that stays shut from joinery that drifts is not craftsmanship alone — it is what the panel went through before anyone assembled it.

The machine list is the specification

Most carpentry quotes describe the finished item. Very few describe how it will be produced, because for most fabricators the answer is a panel saw and a hand router. Ours is specific, and every machine below has its own page on this site.

Edge banding is the clearest example. Almost all fabricators in Singapore still use EVA; we run PUR. In this climate that difference shows up years later as an edge that has not opened.

Material choice is a Singapore problem

Humidity here punishes the wrong substrate, and formaldehyde grade is increasingly specified rather than assumed. We work to the grade the project calls for — ENF, E0 or E1 — and can advise where a specification is stricter or looser than the application actually needs.

Finishing under the same roof

Spray finishing happens in our own booth, alongside waterjet stone processing and laser-cut metalwork. A counter with a stone top and a metal reveal is fabricated, finished and dry-assembled in one facility before it reaches site — so the interfaces are proven in the workshop rather than discovered during installation.

What to send us for a quotation

• Drawings or sketches with dimensions, even rough ones
• The finish schedule, or reference images if the finish is not yet fixed
• Site conditions — wet area, air-conditioned, external-facing
• Any specified formaldehyde or VOC grade
• Hardware preferences, or the door sizes so we can advise
• Delivery and installation dates

What moves the cost

• Finish, more than form. A sprayed finish costs more than a laminate on the same carcass, and the number of spray coats matters more than the shape.
• Curved and non-standard geometry. Nesting CNC makes it possible without tooling lead time, but it is still more material and more machine time.
• Hardware grade. Soft-close, heavy-duty and specialist mechanisms carry real cost differences over a large quantity.
• Site access. Whether the finished item can be carried in whole, or has to be built up on site, changes both cost and risk.

Common questions

Do you make everything in-house?

Yes — joinery, stone, metalwork and spray finishing are all produced at our E9 Premium facility.

What is the difference between PUR and EVA edging?

PUR forms a stronger, more moisture-resistant bond. In Singapore’s humidity that is the difference between an edge that holds and one that lifts.

Can you work to a specified formaldehyde grade?

Yes — ENF, E0 or E1 as the project specifies, with low-formaldehyde and low-VOC panels available.

Do you handle installation as well as manufacture?

Yes. Fabrication, site installation and after-sales attendance are covered by the same team.

Can you match an existing finish?

Usually. Send a sample or a photograph with the existing item, and our spray facility will work to match it.
