FF&E rarely fails at the installation step. It fails earlier — at a measurement taken from a drawing instead of the built wall, or at a container opened without an inspection record. We take the scope from the point it leaves the factory to the end of the defects liability period.

Why local factory backup changes the outcome
Most installation subcontractors can only report a problem. A chipped edge, a panel damaged in transit, a filler cut to the wrong profile — each becomes a claim, a replacement shipment and weeks of delay.
Our E9 Premium facility runs joinery fabrication, waterjet stone processing, laser-cut metalwork and spray finishing under one roof, across more than five production units. A damaged panel is remade in Singapore. A scratched finish is resprayed in our own booth. A bracket that does not suit the substrate is cut and welded the same week. The programme absorbs the problem instead of stopping for it.

The facility and the team
Production runs on nesting CNC machining, six-side drilling with automatic tool changer, PUR edge banding, a German Holzma HPP 380 panel saw, waterjet stone cutting and laser welding — the same equipment that makes rectification in Singapore practical rather than theoretical.

Can you install furniture we manufactured overseas?
Yes. That is the core of this service. We take handover at the container, record condition, and carry the scope through to your defects liability period.
What happens when items arrive damaged?
We record it at receiving, and where the item can be repaired we do it here — spray refinishing, panel remake, metalwork correction — rather than raising a replacement shipment.
Can you work in an occupied or live building?
Yes. We have delivered works in live medical facilities and phased commercial sites, with access, protection and sequencing planned around building operations.
Do you handle receiving and storage before installation?
Yes — container unloading, warehouse receiving, inspection and kitting by room or unit type, released to site against the installation programme.
What is covered after handover?
Snagging closure, asset records at handover, and after-sales attendance through the defects liability period, supported by the same facility that built or rectified the item.
