The joinery, stone, metalwork and spray finishing that most fit-out contractors subcontract are produced in our own facility — which is why the programme has fewer parties in it and fewer places to stall.
Where commercial fit-out programmes actually slip
Rarely on site labour. Almost always at a handover between parties: the joinery shop that is three weeks behind, the stone supplier whose template does not match the built condition, the metal subcontractor whose bracket does not suit the substrate. Every one of those is an interface, and every interface is a place where a date can move without anyone owning it.
Our E9 Premium facility runs joinery, waterjet stone processing, laser-cut metalwork and spray finishing across more than five production units. Those four handovers happen inside one company, against one programme.

Working on live and phased sites
Much commercial fit-out happens while a building is trading or occupied. That changes the work: access windows instead of open sites, protection of finished areas, noise and dust control, and a sequence that can be paused and resumed without damage. We plan the programme around building operations rather than assuming a clear site.
Capability
The team includes quantity surveyors, project managers, drafters, production specialists and installers — the coordination roles a multi-trade fit-out needs, not only the site trades.

Do you subcontract the joinery?
No. Joinery, stone, metalwork and spray finishing are produced at our own E9 Premium facility.
Can you work around a trading tenant?
Yes — phased works, access windows and protection of occupied areas are planned into the programme.
Do you take design coordination, or only build?
We cover design coordination, shop drawings and material sourcing through to installation and after-sales.
What size of project do you take?
